- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup un sweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional) or dash of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- bread, any kind is fine – even cinnamon raisin whole wheat
- vegan margarine or coconut oil
Have skillet on medium with margarine or oil, then use blender for bananas, milk, and spices. Dip bread in mixture – I had enough for 6 pieces. Cook until golden brown. Serve with toppings: I like strawberries, pecans, and 100% pure maple syrup. Enjoy!
